01 Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Nurtar — the Philippines' trusted online gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of nurtar.best, including players who browse without registering. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform immediately.
Nurtar operates under a valid license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Our platform is designed to comply with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations governing online gaming. 02 Eligibility & Age Verification
Nurtar is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on our platform in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
- You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register as players.
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
- Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of Nurtar are not eligible to participate in real-money games or promotions.
- Nurtar reserves the right to request government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, or driver's license) to verify your age and identity at any time.
- If age verification fails or you provide false information, your account will be suspended immediately and any winnings forfeited.
03 Account Registration & Security
Each player is allowed only one (1) Nurtar account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date by contacting our support team at any time.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must not share your password with anyone — not even Nurtar staff will ever ask for it.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security on your account.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately at support@nurtar.best.
- Nurtar will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access if you failed to take reasonable security precautions.
04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Nurtar supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP ₱):
- E-Wallets: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph
- Bank Transfer: BDO, BPI, UnionBank via InstaPay and PESONet
- Cards: Visa and Mastercard issued by Philippine banks
All deposits are processed instantly or within a few minutes depending on your chosen payment method. The minimum deposit is ₱100 and the maximum single deposit is ₱500,000, subject to your account verification level.
Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours for GCash and Maya, and 1–3 banking days for bank transfers. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Nurtar does not charge processing fees on withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees.
Nurtar reserves the right to request documentation before processing withdrawals, including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. This is standard practice and is done to protect you and the integrity of the platform.
05 Bonuses & Promotions
Nurtar regularly offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback deals, and game-specific promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. By claiming a bonus, you agree to those specific terms.
- Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement (e.g., 20x). This means you must bet the bonus amount a specified number of times before it can be converted to withdrawable cash.
- One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active per account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified accounts only. Players who have requested self-exclusion are not eligible for promotional offers.
- Abuse: Exploiting bonuses through irregular play patterns, bet hedging, or coordinated abuse with other accounts will result in bonus cancellation and possible account suspension.
- Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically without notice.
Nurtar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Decisions regarding bonus eligibility and wagering calculations are final.
06 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play
All games on Nurtar — including Poker, Tongits, JILI Slots, Baccarat, and sports betting — are governed by game-specific rules available within each game lobby. By playing, you accept those rules in addition to these Terms.
Our platform uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all casino games. RNG systems are regularly audited by independent third-party testing agencies to ensure fairness and randomness of outcomes. Sports betting odds are set by Nurtar's trading team and may change in real time based on market conditions.
- Game malfunctions void all pays and plays — this is a standard industry policy.
- In the event of a dispute over a game result, Nurtar's server logs are considered the definitive record.
- Players must not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or external aids to gain an unfair advantage.
- Collusion in poker or card games is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account bans.
07 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Nurtar. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's identity to register
- Using stolen payment methods, credit cards, or fraudulent funds
- Money laundering or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines
- Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or bypass geo-restrictions
- Exploiting software bugs or platform errors — these must be reported immediately
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing Nurtar staff or other players
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's systems
- Any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or sports integrity violations
08 Privacy & Data Protection
Nurtar is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). We collect and process your information only for the purposes stated in our Privacy Policy.
We use 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire platform to protect all data in transit. Player financial data is stored in encrypted form and is never sold to third parties. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting our Data Protection Officer at support@nurtar.best.
09 Responsible Gaming
Nurtar takes its responsibility to players seriously. We provide a full suite of responsible gaming tools to help you stay in control of your gaming activity. These include deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, reality check notifications, and self-exclusion options.

10 Limitation of Liability
Nurtar provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain 99.9% uptime and a smooth gaming experience, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect platform availability.
- Nurtar is not liable for any losses arising from internet connection failures, hardware failures on the player's side, or other circumstances outside our control.
- Nurtar's total liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arose.
- We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
- Winnings from games affected by a verifiable technical malfunction are void and will not be paid out.
11 Amendments to These Terms
Nurtar reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of Nurtar after any amendments have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
